  • once you have given us the original designs, we create the wireframe and turn them in to realistic looking as built environments.
  • we communicate with both the client and designer (s) to ensure that your exact needs are met.

dezine888 requires the following to produce 3D presentation: this is what we do...

  • we do not provide wire frame for customers future use
  • all information will be saved to compact disks and mailed to the address provider with one set of hard copy documented drawings
  • all work and information that is carried out and supplied by the designer will be kept confidential and will always be the designers right to claim as their property
  • send your works in pdf format for free quotes with reasonable and negotiable prices
  • we can negotiate hourly rate or percentage basis, plus 10% gst
  • drawings in cad format
  • scaled plan
  • surveyed plan if external views are required
  • scaled elevations and sections
  • finishing schedule
  • sample board of all finishes
  • scanned image in high resolution of 1200x700 pixels
  • company logos and details in high resolution images 
  • maximum of four site photos in digital format such as jpg, bmp or psd etc.
  • provide aerial image views if possible.

Process of works... please see the three main stages of works below so you have a better understanding about the processes we apply when creating your 3d images.

Stage One...

We require existing drawings that will be useful for references and guidelines. We always coordinate with relevant contacts, landlords and other authorities to visit and take notes of what is needed.

Stage Two...

We require discussions with designers of the preliminary sketches based on the clients requirements. The clients initial designs will always be implemented

Stage Three...

we will ensure that all necessary requirements comply as close with australian standards and building codes of australia and to ensure that no issues arise while obtaining council approvals.

  • proposed premliminary design stage
  • budget estimates to builders and clients approvals, to be discuss
  • Choosing services consultants eg: (mechanical, fire, structural and others) so we can coordinate with them
  • selecting of preparation, cooking equipment, and finishes, to be discuss
  • schedules of equipment and finished to final stage, as part of documentation
  • prelimary documentations for development applications and construction certificates
  • coordination with other relevant authorities and landlord submission to Council, stage four

we will regularly verify the progress of drawings submitted to councils or follow ups with the lanlords respective consultants and or from the assigned town planner after 3-4 weeks of submissions.
